Quench Probe & Thermocouple

ASTM D6200-01 / D6200-21 standard design probe with integrated precision thermocouple for accurate temperature measurement throughout the cooling process.

Heating Furnace

Vertical tube-type furnace rated 850–900°C with ±5.0°C stability over 80mm working zone. Features a digital controller and easy coil maintenance access.

Quench Vessel

2-litre stainless steel vessel, 115±5mm diameter, engineered to maintain 50ml of quench fluid above and below the probe — exactly as specified by ASTM D6200 and ISO 9950.

Data Acquisition System

USB-based acquisition with precise timestamps, capturing 5 readings per second in full compliance with ASTM standards for cooling curve resolution.

Pro-Quench Analysis Software

Calculates all critical cooling parameters automatically. Generates automated ASTM-compliant reports. Available as a single-user license for Windows and macOS.

Automatic Probe Transfer Mechanism

World's first automated, operator-independent transfer of the heated probe to the quench vessel via an electro-mechanical system. Completes transfer within 3 seconds per ASTM standards.
